Erika explains that if you are going to talk about something, you better know what you are talking about. Erika has been studying personal transformation for over a decade and has quite the library to prove it!
Knowledge is power.
It is also why Erika studies not only the subject matter, but also the context by which that particular subject matter applies. Meaning, if you are going to teach meditation, it behooves you to learn about ALL types of meditation. Not every technique works for everybody. And this is true for all aspects of personal transformation.
