This book has been a light in my path. It has brought me back to basics and has reminded me of the importance of being fully present. Its step-by-step guidance is flawless and easy to understand, follow and digest.
Greg Kramer’s writing is brilliant! What an honor to have spent some time in beautiful Santa Fe NM with such a captivating soul. Greg Kramer is the co-founder and President of the Metta Foundation and has been teaching Insight Meditation since 1980.
As I read the pages, I was able to synchronize and balance my body, mind and spirit, all mindfully orchestrated by the breath! During my practice of Insight Dialogue, many of the other meditation techniques have made more sense and have become more meaningful tools of my daily life.

My recommended level of meditation experience is: Intermediate.
It is a book that is simple yet powerful! It will teach you something different every time you open it. But to fully understand certain teachings, some previous meditation guidance is advised.
