This year is ending, and as I look back there are many people I am grateful for. I am blessed to have such an OMazing group of friends, family members and teammates! It is thanks to those around us that we continue our road through life.
Today, I want you to meet one of my very inspiring, kindhearted, sweet and caring friends; Walleska Alena Tepping
Dallas based, this amazing brazilian born artist and entrepreneur has put a literal spin on turning trash into treasure with her line of high-end accessories and apparel made from recycled resources and natural materials.
Her label: Ecochicc
Ecochicc accessories and apparel are made from sustainable materials such as recycled aluminum can tabs, natural seeds, and organic golden grass. She is not only creative and determined but tremendously generous! Ecochicc helps local communities in South America generate revenue, jobs and most importantly; Walleska Ecochicc creates hope and dreams!
The reaction from the fashion industry has been one of excitement, attracting attention from both D Magazine and WWD. Walleska Ecochicc was featured alongside brands like French Connection, BCBG, and Tango at this year’s Magic trade show in Las Vegas.
After all the ups and downs of entrepreneurship, Walleska has now opened her own store! I am very proud and honored to call this remarkable human being… my friend!
