The Skeptical Engineer who turned Master Pranic Healer

www.pranichealing.com

The first thing that strikes you about Master Stephen Co is his dynamic energy, his sense of humor and his saying it like it is. A mesmerizing speaker, he also found himself as part of a CBS Special investigative report, when he healed a woman who turned out to be the daughter of an Emmy award winning producer.

But that is not something Stephen Co, an analytical, skeptical engineer would have imagined a place he would be in many years ago.

‘I grew up in the Philippines and went to Catholic school and followed the sacraments. But if you are looking for someone to tell you, that he was always on quest for enlightenment, or dabbling in alternative healing, then I’m the wrong man. My only exposure was to the Catholic Church and to fortune tellers my mother often took me to. By the time I grew up I became an engineer and a Baptist. And for me, anything that didn’t come from the Church came from the other side.’

And yet Stephen Co remembers a strange prophecy made by a fortune teller when he was 13 and dragged again to the man by his mother. “He kept pointing to some triangles and other lines on my hands and kept saying to her-do you see this and do you see that? All I wanted was to go home. But then he said something that has remained in my memory to this day. He said -’When this boy is 24 years old, something more precious than gold will fall in his hands. And it was when I was 24 and my wife broke her hip that I found Pranic Healing.’”

The doctor told Stephen Co it was a compound fracture and it would be 3 to 4 months before his wife would walk again. “At that time I took a visualization class called Silver Method, and there someone told me about Pranic Healing. I said – ‘okay, I’m skeptical but I will try it if it heals my wife.’”

Stephen Co went to the class. The teacher was Master Choa Kok Sui.

What was his first reaction to the Master? Stephen Co said with a laugh, “Again, no lightening struck, no bells rang. For me he was just another guy teaching this class that I was quite skeptical about. You may get some awe struck responses from others about their first meeting with Master Choa, but not from me! I even remember one time I volunteered to scan someone and I wasn’t doing a good job and Master Choa just waved to me and dismissed me, ‘Hey you, go sit down,’ and I really didn’t care. I said, ‘Okay whatever.’ “

Stephen Co says he could not feel anything in his hands for four years and could not scan well. “I started teaching classes and just memorized the whole book. So I would guide the students according to the instructions in the books and the funniest thing was that all the students felt the sensations in their hands, but the one man who felt nothing was the one teaching them the class, me! So I could really never show them, all I did was just guide them. It was another 4 years before I could actually scan right. Even today, I use my logical mind first, by asking the person who comes in, about the problem, what was the medical diagnosis, and then use the protocol based on knowledge gained from asking. Of course while healing I get impressions. I work very differently from other Masters”.

What have been his most exciting healings? “Well, there was the young lady whose father was the CBS producer. She came in to get healing for her boy friend who had back pain and then requested a healing for herself. When asked what area she needed healing in, she mentioned a couple of general things and then wrote, Blind in one eye. I said well if you are blind, then you are blind, I don’t think I can do anything about it. When she said, ‘please try,’ I started working on her trying a particular technique. When I started, all she saw was pitch black darkness. Ten minutes later she started seeing grey. Another 10 minutes and she started seeing light as if someone had poked a hole in that grey film. I finished working on her in 45 minutes and then walked away because I was afraid nothing would happen. Then I said from a distance, ‘Open your eye Jill.’ I heard a scream and she said, ‘I can see.’ I didn’t believe it myself. I went to check if she had her other good eye closed and wasn’t peeking from it. She wasn’t. She could see. I can say this happens always -the healer is more shocked than the one being healed.”

“I understand skepticism quite clearly because I was a skeptic myself. In my eyes a skeptic is one who feels he or she does not have enough information to take that leap of faith. I would not have believed it or got involved with Pranic Healing either if my wife had not broken her hip. I worked on her three times a day and in 2 weeks she could walk. She was healed in a very short time, far lesser than what was predicted by doctors. Even when I was treating her I didn’t feel anything in my hands, luckily she did. So when skeptics share their disbelief I don’t take it personally. I tell them I completely agree and had it not been for my own personal experience, I too would have dismissed it.”

Another challenging case happened when during a lecture Master Stephen Co asked for a volunteer with simple back pain. “The person who stood up and started walking towards me from the back of the room was a woman on crutches who also announced that she had a morphine bag attached to her waist because she was in severe pain. Then she said she was going to turn off the morphine because she wanted to put Pranic Healing to the test. I tell you I was sweating bullets at that moment and praying fervently to Master Choa that if he helped I would remain grateful and humble!”

When the woman slowly and laboriously made her way to the stage Stephen Co was nervous. “But as soon as she sat down I forgot everything and focused on her. When I was done, I don’t know why this thought came to me of Jesus saying, ‘Get up and walk.’ And so I said to her, ‘Get up and walk.’ Then kicked myself in the next moment, ‘you idiot, what did you do? What if she doesn’t walk?’ But she stood up and walked and she was pain free. It was amazing but one of my toughest cases.”

Pranic Healing doesn’t just work on physical ailments; it heals psychological ailments as well.

Stephen Co remembers two such cases-a woman with a phobia of needles and another who was petrified of spiders. “I remember the organizer picked up a needle and the woman screamed and jumped up. After we did 15 minutes of healing, she walked up, picked up the needle and started playing with it. The woman with the fear of spiders had had the phobia for 40 years. Again after 15 minutes of healing, she picked up the bottle with the spider in it and let it out.”

Stephen Co has also done demonstrations in healing open wounds. “By applying this technique taught in Pranic Healing we have healed open wounds in 15-20 minutes before the viewers.”

Stephen Co said that while there are books written by Master Choa Kok Sui, the creator of the Pranic healing technique, that are quite comprehensive there is a lot that is passed on orally in many workshops by him and other masters. What Master Choa wrote and left was merely the tip of the iceberg.

“I was with him at many workshops and I often saw him teach the same technique 5 different ways. When I asked him the reason, he said he saw the energy and the capability of the class before him and taught accordingly, and so for many higher level workshops we share the knowledge the same way.”

Perhaps the most compelling gift Stephen Co has received is his daughter’s recovery from autism.

“This was about 6 years ago when she was around 3 or 4 years old. We had no idea what autism was. We just noticed she would not interact with people or make eye contact. We became concerned and had her tested. Her IQ was 60. I said ‘Wait a minute- isn’t the IQ of an average child about 100?’ Then they diagnosed her with autism. And of course the first reaction was denial. When I asked Master Choa for help, I told him she had speech delay. He didn’t believe me but started treating her. A few months later he said to me -’You didn’t tell me she had autism’- I said I was embarrassed. Here I was, the so called Master Pranic Healer and I couldn’t take care of my own child.

“He asked me to bring her to him at a retreat where we were in the next room. Our daughter’s physical and motor skills were under developed but that day after his first treatment, she came to our room and wrote the entire alphabet. She couldn’t even hold a pen and we never knew she could write. We were shocked. We also did what was then called the Ganesha exercises but it is now known as Super Brain Yoga. I had to hold her and go up and down with her because she was not coordinated. After a year her IQ was up to 95. The interesting thing is that the therapist who came to work with her, said working with her was fun. It was like tutoring a child who got left a little behind in school. The other kids would bite, scream and kick.

“We kept her in regular school because at the Special Ed School she started emulating the bad behavior of other kids. We added Pranic Feng shui in how her study table was, where her bed was placed and continued with the therapy and the healing. Today she is at the top of her class and there is no sign of autism.”

Stephen Co has co-authored the book, ‘Your Hands Can Heal You,” with physician Eric Robbins who incorporates Pranic Healing in his treatment of patients.

So are physicians becoming more open minded? And how does Master Co deal with skepticism? “ I think more and more physicians are becoming open minded about alternative and complementary medicine, and those who are not, will become the dinosaurs of the medical field.

I tell them I completely agree and had it not been for my own personal experience, I too would have dismissed it. When I share my personal experiences, most people listen. I think even those who don’t identify with Pranic Healing on an intellectual level, are still touched emotionally when personal experiences are shared, because you can never run away from facts.”

Comenzó a contarlas todas.

Multiple Sclerosis is a degenerative disease, of the central nervous system caused by an autoimmune malfunction, poor nutritional habits, excess of noise and/or stress. All may or may not apply. In other words, MS causes are not yet clearly identified, but this disorder has been linked to diet, environmental factors, viral infections and genetics affecting mostly women as young as 20 yrs old.

NAME: Multiple = Several Sclerosis = Hardening of Tissues
MS gets its name from the buildup of scar tissue (sclerosis) in the brain, optic nerve and/or spinal cord.

The body’s immune system produces antibodies that attack the myelin sheaths. Consequently, the sheaths are damaged forming scar tissue or plaques when the protective and insulating myelin covering the nerves is destroyed in a process called demyelination. Without the myelin, (wrappings composed of a fatty substance) electrical signals transmitted throughout the nerve endings of the brain and spinal cord are disrupted or halted. Inflammation occurs and the brain then becomes unable to send and to receive messages. It is this breakdown of communication that causes the MS Symptoms (first ones being; numbness or tingling.)

The symptom of MS are not the same for everyone. Some people might experience
- Blurry vision, partial blindness, color blindness or double vision.
- Muscular numbness, weakness and paralysis, (either temporary or permanent)
- Fatigue & exhaustion
- Sleep disorders
- Unexplained pain, individuals might suffer from pins and needles, tingling, electric sensation moving through muscles
- Coordination difficulties
- Cognitive dysfunctions,
- Bowel & Stomach ailments
- Sexual dysfunctions

If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with MS, here are some great natural suggestions to improve the condition.

HERBS: Gingko Bilboa, Cordyceps, Skullcap, Catnip, Valerian, Curcumin, Cat’s Claw,Chamomile,
Vitamins: D
Supplements: EPA/DHA, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Aloe Vera, Cellular Oxygen Enhancer (4 example OXY-E), Liquid Zeolite,

DO: increase Oxygen intake! Learn to Meditate & breath, do Ozone and PRANIC HEALING Treatments and practice Yoga

Do verify with your licensed physician about the possible drug-herb interactions. Many of these options are used in an effort to alleviate the symptoms associated with MS.

What is an Indigo Child?

March 9, 2012

Many people have asked me to write and talk about the quantum grid of the 5th dimension. For the past 25 years I have limited my comments and teachings in order to prevent incredulous souls to tamper the network.

At request of my guides the Better Humans school was created. I am now allowed to share the valuable and sacred information by teaching people across the globe, how to rise the levels of human consciousness in order to develop their intuition.  The time has come.

[caption id="attachment_457" align="alignleft" width="150" caption="Master Choa Kok Sui"][/caption]

Indigo Children possess all the following characteristics expressed from a very young age;  They are messengers, doers, healers, psychics, leaders with the mission to change the vibration of the planet, only accept orders under righteous astral, spiritual and emotional conditions. Independent, secure, authoritarian, generous, compassionate, powerful and don’t normally follow the traditional paths of society.

Indigo Children have a sapphire/purplish aura (glow of the energy field surrounding the human body). This color is directly related to their higher vibrational frequencies and indicates the powerful power accumulated in the superior Chakras (There are 11 mayor Energy Centers in the body; called Chakras. Traditionally only 7 were revealed)

As people’s quest for material things, possessions, dominion and development began to affect our planet and the very existence of the sentient beings living in it, chosen souls were sent from a different vibrational dimension to planet earth.

As people’s behavior worsen the frequencies became lower. This drop in vibrational energy directly impacted the internal “computer” of the human body, therefore causing humans to behave worst and worst by the minute. This consistent drop, additionally affected the ability for humans to communicate without alternative devices.

We are now coming to the end of our earth’s transition from 3th dimension to the 5th. Emergency rescue teams were sent with the ability to raise the frequencies and prevent vibrational chaos. Since the late 1960’s the arrival of Indigo Children to earth has been a fact.  Large grids of quantum particles cover our cities and countries connecting all vortexes and providing a network of electrical pathways that conducts information, unperceived by most. That is the platform onto which Indigo Children tap into in order to retrieve/transfer/channel information. This higher frequency can only be perceived by those with high spiritual awakening. The transmission of information occurs through several realms.(Many children born as of the 2000‘s come with an awakening to the 5th dimension’s frequencies. We call them the children of light.)

Children today experience a higher level of consciousness that surpasses the one of their parents. The transition to these higher levels of perception is inevitable.

This is a very deep topic and I am available to answer your questions :)

Avatar Movie! Avoid hydroelectric plant in Brazil !

February 12, 2012

OHH NOOOOOOO!!!! Please help us prevent the construction of this hydroelectric plant!!!
As my eyes fill up with tears, I cannot help by wonder; what are the governments around the world thinking?? Our leaders need to make the best decisions possible for the well-being of the people!
The news around the world go from worst to worst! Do any of our presidents really care?
The construction of this hydroelectric plant will cause a tremendous damage to the EARTH’s balance. It would be absolutely devastating to all of us!!! An entire ecosystem completely distroyed! We all need that flora and fauna to remain as is! This is the avatar movie in real life!

[caption id="attachment_423" align="alignleft" width="254" caption="Chief Kayapo in Brazil"][/caption]
¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡May this image travel the world!!!!!!!!!!
I have more respect for a Warrior that protects life—for us, for our children and grandchildren and future generations –than for a false civilization and their interests!
While newspapers and television talk about the lives of celebrities, …the chief of the Kayapo tribe received the worst news of his life: Dilma, ‘The new president of Brazil, has given approval to build a huge hydroelectric plant (the third largest in the world).
It is the death sentence for all the people near the river because the dam will flood 400,000 hectares of forest. More than 40,000 Indians will have to find another place to live. The natural habitat destruction, deforestation and the disappearance of many species is a fact. ‘
What moves me in my very bowels , making me ashamed of being part of Western culture, is the reaction of the chief of the Kayapo community when he learned of the decision—his gesture of dignity and helplessness before the advance of capitalist progress, modern predatory civilization that does not respect the differences …

But we know that a picture is worth a thousand words, showing the reality of the true price of our bourgeois “quality of life”. (posted by Gonzalo Cesar, my translation from Spanish)

Chinese Government; Stop the violence!! Leave Tibetans alone

February 8, 2012

This is 2012!
Why do some humans have to impose their will on others??? We are the new generation- the BETTER HUMANS- It is sickening to see this unfair oppression!!!!

It’s time the violence against all living beings STOPS!!
Erika

Statement from the Gyalwang Karmapa,
Ogyen Trinley Dorje

(6 February, 2012, Bodh Gaya)

Reports have just emerged that three more Tibetans set themselves ablaze within a single day in eastern Tibet. This comes shortly after four Tibetans immolated themselves and others died in demonstrations in Tibet during the month of January. As tensions escalate, instead of showing concern and trying to understand the causes of the situation, the Chinese authorities respond with increasing force and oppression. Each new report of a Tibetan death brings me immense pain and sadness; three in a single day is more than the heart can bear. I pray that these sacrifices have not been in vain, but will yield a change in policy that will bring our Tibetan brothers and sisters relief.

Having been given the name Karmapa, I belong to a 900 year old reincarnation lineage that has historically avoided any political engagement, a tradition I have no intention of changing. And yet as a Tibetan, I have great sympathy and affection for the Tibetan people and I have great misgivings about remaining silent while they are in pain. Their welfare is my greatest concern.

Tibetan demonstrations and self-immolations are a symptom of deep but unacknowledged dissatisfaction. If Tibetans were given a genuine opportunity to lead their lives as they wished, preserving their language, religion and culture, they would neither be demonstrating nor sacrificing their lives.

Since 1959, we Tibetans have faced unimaginable loss, yet we have found benefit in adversity. Many of us rediscovered our true identity as Tibetans. We rediscovered a sense of national unity among the people of the three provinces of Tibet. And we came to value a unifying leader, in the person of His Holiness the Dalai Lama. These factors have given us all great grounds for hope.

China speaks of having brought development to Tibet, and when I lived there it was materially comfortable. Yet prosperity and development have not benefited Tibetans in the ways that they consider most valuable. Material comfort counts for little without inner contentment. Tibetans live with the constant suspicion that they will be forced to act against their conscience and denounce His Holiness the Dalai Lama. The Chinese authorities persistently portray His Holiness as the enemy. They have rebuffed his repeated efforts to find a peaceful and negotiated solution to the Tibetan-Chinese problem. They dismiss the heartfelt faith and loyalty with which the Tibetan people universally regard His Holiness. Even Tibetans born in Tibet decades after His Holiness the Dalai Lama had gone into exile still regard him as their guide and refuge not only for this life, but for life after life. Therefore, constantly depicting His Holiness the Dalai Lama in hostile terms is an affront that benefits no one. In fact, striking at the heart of Tibetan faith damages the prospect of winning Tibetans’ trust. This is neither effective nor wise.

I call on the authorities in Beijing to see past the veneer of wellbeing that local officials present. Acknowledging the real human distress of Tibetans in Tibet and taking full responsibility for what is happening there would lay a wise basis for building mutual trust between Tibetans and the Chinese government. Rather than treating this as an issue of political opposition, it would be far more effective for Chinese authorities to treat this as a matter of basic human welfare.

In these difficult times, I urge Tibetans in Tibet: Stay true to yourselves, keep your equanimity in the face of hardship and remain focused on the long term. Always bear in mind that your lives have great value, as human beings and as Tibetans.

With the prospect of the Tibetan New Year in sight, I offer my prayers that Tibetans, our Chinese brothers and sisters, and our friends and supporters across India and around the world may find lasting happiness and true peace. May the New Year usher in an era of harmony, characterized by love and respect for each other and for the earth that is our common home.

Ogyen Trinley Dorje,
17th Gyalwang Karmapa
